Best IR Web Site of ’24: Why Honeywell and Bank of America Stand Out

Objectively applying the 25 transparency criteria for the IR web site during our “Transparency Awards” process, both Honeywell and Bank of America won best IR Web Site this year. It was a tie for first! Here’s Honeywell’s IR web site – and here’s Bank of America’s IR web site.

Bearing in mind again that the criteria are objectively applied, here are five reasons – among many others – why these two IR web sites are so fine:

  1. Both IR web sites are easy to navigate, while also offering readers key information. Look at the tabs across the home page for Bank of America – including one tab specifically for “Fixed Income”:

2. Both have a dedicated landing page for the annual shareholders meeting.

3. Bank of America has six years worth of annual meeting materials on one easy-to-navigate page:

4. All key documents are a few clicks away from the home page, including key information such as the ESG sections.

5. Honeywell’s dropdown menus allow readers to dig pretty deep. For example, this dropdown menu for ESG has seven different tabs:

And the “Governance” menu has five different tabs (so does Bank of America):
